With a total of 4,690 training hours, we focused on enhancing professional skills, safety awareness, and innovation capabilities. Key programs included technical workshops, quality management courses, and leadership development tracks. This investment in people reflects our long-term commitment to growth from within.

All employees receive annual health checks, while frontline workers are covered by specialized safety protocols. In 2024 alone, we conducted 14 emergency response drills and safety training sessions, significantly improving risk awareness and incident preparedness across all operations.
