ICFC series intelligent flow controller (hereinafter referred to as controller) is a gas control device that uses IC card as data carrier to realize intelligent prepayment. The controller receives the calibrated low-frequency pulse output by the flow meter to deduct fees, and can also read the flow meter in RS485 mode for data exchange. It is mainly used to connect with turbine and lumbar flow meters to realize prepayment gas and on-off control of gas, and improve the scientific management level of gas companies

Anti-disconnection Design
The flow meter and controller are connected with an
anti-disconnection feature, and the valve will be closed
immediately if the line is disconnected.
Wide Applicability
At the same time, it can be used in conjunction with intelligent
gas rotary flowmeter, intelligent gas turbine flowmeter,
swirl flowmeter, etc. to form a prepayment system. The
specifications can be configured from DN25 to DN200.
High Work Pressure
The normal pressure is 0.4MPa, and the maximum pressure
can reach 0.6MPa.
Micro Power Design
It adopts high-performance micro-power processor and
special peripheral circuit design, and has powerful software
functions.
Software Compatibility
The gas sales management software is fully compatible
with the home ICW management software, and the FFJ
operation can be remotely monitored.
Remote Monitoring
NB-loT or 4G Internet of Things communication modules
can be installed to realize functions such as remote
monitoring, remote meter reading, remote recharge, and
remote valve control, providing a reliable guarantee for
gas companies to realize large-user data monitoring and
gas usage analysis.
Full Function Card
Can issue various types of function cards such as user
card, price adjustment card, suppression card, transfer
card, etc. to meet various functions.
Settlement Model
There are two trade settlement modes to choose from:
amount (yuan) and gas volume (m3). The amount
settlement mode supports tiered gas prices and gas price
adjustments.
