Product Overview

ZTM turbine gas flow meters are developed with advanced technology to address traditional turbine meter limitations. It features a mechanical counter for high-precision gas flow measurement. It ensures accuracy, reliability, and stable performance, with a unique lubrication system, stress-free pipeline installation, modular design for easy maintenance, and strong anti-magnetic interference. This meter directly measures gas volumetric flow under operating conditions. When paired with a volume correction unit, it monitors temperature/pressure, displays standardized flow rates, and offers excellent high/low-pressure adaptability, multiple signal outputs, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances.


Features

Wide Flow Range
Flow range is Qmax/Qmin=20:1, good repeatability, high accuracy (up to level 1.0), small pressure loss, and low starting flow.

Integrated Design
The use of integrated front fluid: it can eliminate fluid disturbance, achieve significant rectification effect, and have extremely small pressure loss. It has low installation requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections of the flow meter (front straight pipe section ≥ 2DN, rear straight pipe section ≥ 1DN).

Strong Resistance To Magnetic Attack
The magnetic coupling design has a shielding ring to prevent strong magnetic attacks.

Unique Lubrication System
An axial lubrication oil channel is used, and the O-ring is axially compressed, so the sealing effect is not affected by pipeline stress.

Usage Conditions

Environmental conditions
Ambient temperature: -25℃+55℃ Relative humidity: 5%~95% Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~ 106kPa

Medium conditions
Medium temperature: -30℃+60℃ Measuring media: various fuel gases such as natural gas, coal gas, air, alkanes, and industrial inert gas
